Calm & quiet Nature Camping

Welcome to our farm in the middle of Bohuslan. We have a nature camp area in our back yard and next to The River of Örekil which you are welcome to enjoy.

Open Mars 31 until September 30 2026.

On the farm there is a nature camping and just drop in and follow the information for self check- in on site. In July we recommend you to arrive before 15:00 since it most likely gets full in the later afternoon.

The service house has toilets, a shower, washing machine, kitchen and is a lovely place to hang out in the sun set while scouting the moose out on the fields.

No traffic or noise is allowed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Please respect other guests and the people living on the farm. Thank you!

No reservation is needed. When you arrive, all the information is available at the info point and service house. There is no reception in the nature camping area; instead, it operates on a self-service basis. You can also find prices and payment options further down on this page.

This is just for fun and unfortunatley we do not have the possibility to work with this full time but we love to share our place with you, so enjoy and use the self service information.

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash. 🐕

Nature Camping at Brålands Gård: common questions

No reservation is needed, just arrive and follow the self check-in instructions on site. In July we recommend arriving before 15:00, as spots fill up fast. You can also check availability and book via Campio.

The Nature Camping is open from 31 March to 30 September 2026. Our Fishing Lodge with apartments and glamping cottages welcomes guests outside the camping season too.

Our service house has toilets, a shower, a washing machine and a kitchenette, and it is a lovely spot to watch the sunset. Several pitches have electricity, and free Wi-Fi is available. Around the farm you also find BBQ huts, a playground, a boule court and a football field, plus our sauna tents, fire pits and our little farm shop with local delicacies.

Yes, well-behaved dogs on a leash are very welcome at Brålands Gård.

Yes, there are fire pits scattered around the farm, perfect for a cozy evening outdoors. Please use the prepared fire pits only, and always check that no fire ban is in effect during dry periods.

Plenty! Fish for wild Atlantic salmon in the Örekil river, perch, pike and zander in the lakes, or sea trout and mackerel in the fjord. Hike Bohusleden, the trail connects about 1 km from the farm at the Brålandsfallet waterfall, where you may see wild Atlantic salmon jumping in the evenings, or follow one of several loop trails that start and end at the farm, maps are available on site. You can also rent a canoe or rowing boat, relax in our sauna tents, and visit the farm shop.

Yes, we kindly ask all guests to respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM, so everyone can enjoy the calm of the nature reserve.

Investment Support

Brålands farm is running projects with the help of investment support from the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development. The purpose of the projects is to further develop the farm’s visitor economy and tourism, including improving the facilities at the campsite and renovating apartments.

Två nya grillstugor – mötesplatser för matupplevelser i naturen

Tack vare EU-finansiering via Leader har vi byggt två nya grillstugor på Brålands Gård. Stugorna är öppna för Brålands Gårds gäster och samarbetspartners – som Friluftsfrämjandet – och erbjuder en ombonad och unik utemiljö där man kan laga mat även när vädret inte är på sin bästa sida.

Syftet med projektet har varit att skapa nya mötesplatser och stärka samarbetet med lokala aktörer. Tanken är att grillstugorna ska kunna nyttjas i andras verksamheter, och att lokala matproducenter ska kunna sälja sina råvaror här – som gästerna sedan tillagar på plats.

Projektet är nu genomfört, och vi är glada över att flera nya samarbeten redan har vuxit fram.
